hi i have carefully selected a picture of model placed it in the background layer, opened the same file in another window n started making digital painting
EVERYTHING HAS BEEN CREATED IN ADOBE PHOTOSHOP
my main goal was to c how far i could go creating something like this using photoshop
eraser > smudge > dodge > burn > pen tool > blur tool, brush tool

lastly, some filter also i have used like dry brush and lense blur
